Our services include: • CV Search: Access to over 5 million UK candidate profiles using AI-powered natural language search • CV Downloads: Ability to download candidate CVs using purchased credits • Shortlisting: Tools to organize and manage candidate shortlists • Real-time Updates: Access to up-to-date candidate activity information We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Chat CV operates on a pay-per-CV credit system. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following: • Credits are used to download candidate CVs from our platform • Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law • Credit prices are subject to change with reasonable notice • Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated • Free users may perform up to 10 searches per month; credit holders may perform up to 100 searches per month All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

When using Chat CV, you agree NOT to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws • Share your account credentials with third parties • Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data • Use automated tools or scripts to scrape or extract data • Redistribute, resell, or share downloaded CVs without authorization • Use candidate information for spam, harassment, or discrimination • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls Violation of these policies may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Chat CV, you acknowledge and agree that: • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy • Candidate data is provided for legitimate recruitment purposes only • You will handle all personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR • You will not use candidate information for purposes other than recruitment • We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement

All content, features, and functionality of Chat CV, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Chat CV and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our service without prior written consent.

Chat CV is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding: • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of candidate information • The availability or uninterrupted operation of our services • The suitability of candidates for any particular position • The security of data transmitted through our platform To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chat CV, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you submit or transmit through the service
